Chef Alex Call Sign was “Combat Knife” during this Combat deployment. Chef Alex Continued to serve until retiring out of the Army as a Culinary Specialist Instructor. The Combat Culinary Knife Set pays homage to his services while celebrating his passion for culinary excellence. In recognition and support of Chef Alex’s Military Service, 10% of the profit will be donated to Zero Dark Thirty assisting Veterans and First Responders with PTSD.
